Venue Hire

Are you looking for a place to go?

Our clubhouse at BITS is available for hire. We can accommodate up to fifty guests indoors, have a well-stocked bar, some TVs and a pool table. As we don’t have our own bistro / restaurant in the club, we can’t offer in-house food catering for functions. We do, however, have BBQ and some limited kitchen facilities which you are more than welcome to use. If you wish, we can put you in touch with local businesses who are happy to offer event catering. Please have a talk to us about your needs and we will do our best to meet them.

The sort of events that our club has hosted in the past includes weddings and wakes, business events, barefoot bowls parties, reunions, community group meetings and birthday parties. We are sorry, but we do not host 18th or 21st birthdays. The cost of hiring really depends on the duration and size of your event. We will ask you for a deposit to cover potential post-party cleaning of the venue which will of course be fully refunded if the place is left clean and tidy.

The essence of our club house hire is that we want to help, and will do our very best to meet your needs. So, please get in touch or phone the club during opening hours.
